I created a user-friendly website for a crochet business, featuring an e-commerce platform and a visually appealing layout.
I worked closely with the business owner to understand their vision and goals, and conducted regular testing to ensure the website was functioning properly.
The project involved research, planning, design, development, and testing, and I am proud to have contributed to the success of the business!

How can you design an e-commerce website that fosters uniqueness and establishes a strong connection between customers and the business owner/maker?
OBJECTIVES

Utilize social media platforms to highlight the distinctive features of the website by sharing videos and establishing a seamless connection between the two.

Be able to have chat features that connect users to the maker and ask questions about detail of the products.
GOALS
The goals are to establish a personal connection and build trust by sharing the creator's background, highlight website distinctiveness through social media videos, seamlessly integrate the website with social platforms, and enable direct user interaction through chat features.
MY DESIGN PROCESS
In the design process, I began by employing empathy to understand the user's needs. Moving forward, I proceeded to develop the design, considering brand aesthetics and colors that align with the brand's identity while ensuring accessibility. The goal was to create a seamless connection between users and the website. User feedback and Shopify's built-in purchase testing system were utilized for testing and refining, ultimately leading to an optimal website outcome for Mom Made UQ.
